Chess Workshop

In each session participants will gain a better understanding of the ancient game of chess through a combination of instruction and supervised play against an opponent of similar ability. We will have an opportunity to examine some great game-masters and understand the key elements of strategy and tactics and their effect on the game. Boards and chess pieces will be provided. Participants should have basic knowledge of chess play.

Discover a new fun use for cabbages! Learn about the Ph scale and then test different substances to find out how acidic or base each is. Take home a color changing trick to surprise and amaze your friends.

Family Zumba
